The Challenge
Ever since its founding, Airbnb has a tradition of collaborating with its Hosts when it comes to product innovations. And there’s no greater example of that than the OMG Fund, where the company committed $10M split amongst 100 ingenious inventors, each with the task of building the craziest homes on earth.
The recipients from over 20 countries were selected by a panel of industry-recognized judges. Once their visions were built to completion, they became part of Airbnb’s OMG homes category where they’re now available for guest bookings. I helped lead the naming of the fund and launching it creatively.
